3. Faites fondre 250g de chocolat au lait pâtissier au bain marie.
4. A l’aide de fourchettes enrobez les boulettes coco de chocolat en tapotant la fourchette sur le bord de la casserole pour éliminer l’excédent de chocolat, et déposez sur une autre feuille de papier cuisson. Je sors les boulettes du congélateur 3 par 3 pour évitez qu’elles ne se réchauffent pendant que je nappe, car si elles ne sont plus assez froides elles risquent de partir en morceaux dans le chocolat.
5. Placez vos bounty balls au moins 2 heures au réfrigérateur afin que le chocolat fige bien et régalez vous.
