Smoothi'Mochocolat!! instructions

1. La veille mettre 30g flocons d'avoine dans 100ml eau et laisser reposer au frigo.
2. Le matin, ajouter à cette mixture la moitié d'un yaourt soja au chocolat (ou entier pour plus de gout chocolaté!^^), les épinards surgelés (pour le coté bien frais) et la poire pelée et coupée en morceaux.
